In the Discovery phase, we collaborate with you to understand your objectives, share best practices, and guide you on how to best leverage ThinkTime to meet your goals. Following this, we move ahead with configuring your ThinkTime instance.

Training & Configuration

We offer a one to two-day training and configuration session for your key project team members. During this session, we will train your SMEs on our platform and initiate the platform configuration process. With over 500 admin toggles, ThinkTime provides full customization options to tailor the platform to your specific requirements.

Technical Track

The Technical Track addresses your IT organization's requirements, including security reviews, SAML SSO setup, user and location migration to ThinkTime, and API and Integration needs. We collaborate closely with your IT team to ensure all technical aspects of the implementation meet your organization's security and compliance standards.

Pilot

Optionally, a brief pilot can be conducted prior to launching ThinkTime company-wide. During this phase, we gather feedback and make necessary configuration tweaks to optimize the platform to your specific needs. Launch
