High Volume
Task Creation API

We also offer a high-volume asynchronous Task API that allows for the efficient generation of large numbers of tasks in ThinkTime. This API streamlines task management and optimizes workflow efficiency, allowing for the quick and easy generation of tasks in bulk. This API enables retailers to generate event-driven tasks in bulk, ensuring that the tasks get routed to the right associates for completion.

SSO User Authentication

We provide support for SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) which enables your employees to use their existing company accounts to log in. For those who do not have access to SSO, we also offer alternative authentication methods to ensure secure and convenient access to the platform.

User and Location Synchronization

There are two ways to manage user accounts in our ThinkTime system: the traditional feed file processing method, and the REST API method. Both options allow for adding, removing, and synchronizing user accounts in the system according to your needs.

Dashboard Task Widgets

ThinkTime has out-of-the-box Task widgets that will be display a user's tasks in your enterprise Portal - Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Sharepoint or others.
